Conservation

It was particularly wonderful that you had two articles on conservation. I have been preaching this for many years but sometimes am a voice in the wilderness, sometimes only preaching to the choir.

Needle artists should make informed choices. Most of the wild fabrics we see here in New York are intended for the theatre and the opera and not for art works that require some built-in longevity. Karen Lloyd's illustration is a perfect case in point.
