CostumeDoes anyone else know about the museum of costume in Bexhill, Sussex? While exploring old holiday haunts in the summer I visited this museum and was knocked out by the quaintness of the ladies who run it and the astonishing number of garments within touching distance, many of real interest not just for fashion but also embroidery techniques, etc.
I found it quite breathtaking and yet was concerned that the items were not protected. Does anyone know the value of this Aladdin's cave? I would certainly encourage anyone near enough to visit. Unfortunately I live in the Scottish Borders so no day trip for me!
