Every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of entries but readers are advised to check on dates, times, etc. before making a special visit. Entries should include: title/details of the event, full address of venue, dates, opening times and a contact telephone number. Please ensure you include these details in your email message, in addition to any flyers, Word docs, PDFs or images you may be attaching. Entries are not restricted to Great Britain.
Workshops: we may only list workshops if you meet at least one of these criteria: you are a Guild branch or partner organisation; you are a museum or heritage centre; you advertise in one of our publications; your workshop is run on a non profit basis. Please contact us about advertising if you wish to publicise workshops/courses and don't fall into any of these categories.

Events for magazine publication must be received by us at least 3 months before the publication date of the issue in which they should appear. We will endeavour to list events on the web site as soon we can, but you should be aware that this will normally be at least 14 days after receipt.
